The Oracle [Raven]
The Ravens appear to be people of higher natural intelligence whose voluntary forms, much like the Werewolves, are the raven and human - however, unlike werewolves, they do not possess the ability to summon a part of their other half while in human form. They also do not possess a separate soul and are always in their more sentient mind in either raven or human body.
Oracles receive their name from their otherworldly powers to understand the distant past and future, either through dreams, hallucinations, or specific patterns in their actions. Younger Ravens will not be able to distinguish past from future, and will also not be able to control how they sense it until mentored properly and thoroughly; they usually do so via water divination, the most basic method used to hone their talent.
There are no modifications to either appearance; the human body will remain human, and the raven body will remain a raven - there are no documented Oracles that possess talons or plumage in their human form, and no hairs or human flesh in the other. However, there have been records of raven forms with the ability to use human speech, communicating and holding intelligent conversations.
Oracles in their human form are very reminiscent of vampires, bearing pale complexions and, to werewolves, the smell of a deteriorating corpse; this is because Oracles feed on remains of the deceased and frequent places inhabited by people whose deaths are close upon them - but due to the lack of physical strength, they depend on fellow predators with the better hunting capacity, such as Shifters, to make meals more accessible. In return for their assistance, a Raven may offer guidance, companionship or (rarely) the outcome of future events in the shifter's life.

The Relationship Between Ravens and Wolves
Oftentimes, an Oracle may share a mutualistic symbiotic relationship with a Shifter, creating a give-and-take situation for the two of them. The Raven will direct a Wolf to open prey, and once the hunt is successful, a Wolf will offer the Raven its fair share. Other situations include the Raven forming an alliance with the Wolf, calling out intruders in a Wolf's claimed territory and describing each outcome of a future brawl or war, in exchange for security and protection.
Oracles may be found in limited numbers within a wolf pack, or may be in a community of the same species called a Conspiracy. They are seldom on their own, and if ever encountered - they would not last long.

Weaknesses
An Oracle's forte is limited to the mind alone; as vast and extensive as an Oracle's intelligence and natural lifespan may grow, they will never possess the speed, strength or resilience of a vampire or shifter. The only time they can ever eclipse their current speed is in flight while in avian form, and even then, they are no match to hunters.
Like any supernatural creature, they have the peculiar weakness against pure silver; the skin in contact with such material is immediately irritated and if left in the exposure of it for a long time, eventually burns and melts.
